१०.३१ श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता
'परशु' प्रतीक है पराक्रम का। 'राम' पर्याय है सत्य सनातन का।
इस प्रकार परशुराम का अर्थ हुआ पराक्रम के कारक और सत्य के धारक।
शास्त्रोक्त मान्यता है कि, परशुराम भगवान विष्णु के छठे अवतार हैं, अतः उनमें आपादमस्तक विष्णु ही प्रतिबिंबित होते हैं।
एक व्याख्या यह है कि, 'परशु' में भगवान शिव समाहित हैं और 'राम' में भगवान विष्णु।
इसलिए परशुराम अवतार भले ही विष्णु के हों, किंतु व्यवहार में समन्वित स्वरूप शिव और विष्णु का है इसलिए परशुराम 'हरिहर' स्वरूप हैं।
पिता जमदग्नि और माता रेणुका ने तो अपने पाँचवें पुत्र का नाम 'राम' ही रखा था, लेकिन तपस्या के बल पर भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न करके उनके दिव्य अस्त्र परशु (फरसा या कुठार) प्राप्त करने के कारण वे राम से परशुराम हो गए। 'परशु' प्राप्त किया गया शिव से।
शिव संहार के देवता हैं। परशु संहारक है, क्योंकि परशु 'शस्त्र' है।
राम प्रतीक हैं विष्णु के। विष्णु पोषण के देवता हैं अर्थात् राम यानी पोषण/ रक्षण का शास्त्र। शस्त्र से ध्वनित होती है शक्ति। शास्त्र से प्रतिबिंबित होती है शांति। शस्त्र की शक्ति यानी संहार। शास्त्र की शांति अर्थात् संस्कार।
परशुराम वस्तुतः 'परशु' के रूप में शस्त्र और 'राम' के रूप में शास्त्र का प्रतीक हैं। एक वाक्य में कहें तो परशुराम शस्त्र और शास्त्र के समन्वय का नाम है, संतुलन जिसका काम है ।
अक्षय तृतीया को जन्मे हैं, इसलिए परशुराम की शस्त्रशक्ति भी अक्षय है और शास्त्र संपदा भी अनंत है।
विश्वकर्मा के अभिमंत्रित दो दिव्य धनुषों की प्रत्यंचा पर केवल परशुराम ही बाण चढ़ा सकते थे। यह उनकी अक्षय शक्ति का प्रतीक था, यानी शस्त्रशक्ति का।
पिता जमदग्नि की आज्ञा से अपनी माता रेणुका का उन्होंने वध किया। यह पढ़कर, सुनकर हम अचकचा जाते हैं, अनमने हो जाते हैं, लेकिन इसके मूल में छिपे रहस्य को/सत्य को जानने की कोशिश नहीं करते।
यह तो स्वाभाविक बात है कि, कोई भी पुत्र अपने पिता के आदेश पर अपनी माता का वध नहीं करेगा। फिर परशुराम ने ऐसा क्यों किया? इस प्रश्न का उत्तर हमें परशुराम के 'परशु' में नहीं परशुराम के 'राम' में मिलता है।
आरंभ में ही 'राम' की व्याख्या करते हुए कहा जा चुका है कि, 'राम' पर्याय है सत्य सनातन का। सत्य का अर्थ है सदा नैतिक। सत्य का अभिप्राय है दिव्यता। सत्य का आशय है सतत् सात्विक सत्ता।
परशुराम वास्तव में 'राम' के रूप में सत्य के संस्करण हैं, इसलिए नैतिक-युक्ति का अवतरण हैं।
यह परशुराम का तेज, ओज और शौर्य ही था कि आततायी कार्तवीर्य सहस्रार्जुन का वध करके उन्होंने अराजकता समाप्त की तथा नैतिकता और न्याय का ध्वजारोहण किया। परशुराम का क्रोध रचनात्मक क्रोध है।
जैसे माता अपने शिशु पर क्रोध करती है। परशुराम ने अन्याय का संहार और न्याय का सृजन किया।

'Parshu' is the symbol of Parakram. 'Rama' is synonymous with Satyaan.
Thus Parashuram means the holder of the power factor and the truth.
Scientific is the belief that, Parasurama is the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, therefore, in them, only the Vishnu is reflected.
An explanation is that, 'Parashu' is contained in Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu in 'Ram'.
Therefore Parashuram avatar, even though of Vishnu, is inclusive of Shiva and Vishnu in nature, therefore Parasurama is 'Harihar' form.
Father Jamdagni and Mata Renuka had kept the name of their fifth son as 'Rama', but due to the meditation of Lord Shiva, they received Parasuram from Rama due to receiving their divine weapon (farsa or auspicious). 'Parshu' was received from Shiva.
Shiva is the god of slaughter. Parashu is a destroyer, because the Parshu is the weapon.
Ram symbols are Vishnu's Vishnu is the God of Nutrition i.e. Ram means the science of nutrition / protection. The weapon implies power. Shanti is reflected in scripture. The weapon of weapon is the sword. The peace of the scripture ie the sacrament
Parashuram literally is a symbol of scripture in the form of 'Parashu' and weapon 'Ram'. In one sentence, Parshuram is the name of the weapon and the coordination of the scriptures, whose work is the balance.
Akshay Tritiya is born, hence the weapon of Parashurama is also Akshay and the scripture is also infinite.
Parshuram could only throw arrows on the pretext of the two divine bow of the Vishwakarma. It was a symbol of his renewable power, that is, the weapon of weapon.
They killed their mother Renuka with the order of father Jamdagni. By reading this, listening to us, we are amazed, we are strangers, but do not try to know the hidden secret / truth in its origin.
It is natural that no son will kill his mother on the order of his father. Then why did Parashuram do this? The answer to this question is found in Parashuram's 'Parashu' in Parashuram's 'Rama'.
In the beginning it has been said in the definition of 'Rama' that, 'Ram' is synonymous with Satyaanan. Truth means everlasting moral Truth means Divinity. Truth means the truthful sattvik power.
Parashuram is actually the version of truth in the form of 'Rama', hence the recital of ethical tactics.
It was the sharpness, ooziness and bravery of Parshuram that by killing the martyrdom Kartvarya Sahasrarjuna, he ended the chaos and hoisted the flag of morality and justice. Parashuram's anger is a creative anger.
As the mother grows on her infant. Parashuram created the battle of injustice and created justice.
