★ ★ ★ ★ ★ भक्त भवन 1/2 येथे ओझर ला येणाऱ्या भक्तांसाठी राहण्याची व्यवस्था अतिशय अल्प दरात केली जाते , तसेच अन्न प्रसाद देखील अल्प दरात दिला जातो, जर ग्रुप असेल तर 8 व्यक्तींसाठी स्वतंत्र रूमची व्यवस्था अल्प दरात उपलब्द आहे तसेच डीलक्स रूम्स देखील अल्प दरात उपलब्ध आहेत. देवस्थान ट्रस्ट मार्फत अल्प दारात म्हणजे अगदी 25 रु. मध्ये पूर्ण जेवण दररोज महाप्रसाद दिला जातो मात्र या साठी वेळ निश्चित केलेली असून स. 10 ते दु. 1 आणि सायं. 6 ते सायं. 9 या प्रमाणे आहे.
 Accommodation for devotees coming to Ojhar at Bhakt Bhavan 1/2 is provided at very low rates, as well as food offerings are also provided at low rates, if there is a group, separate rooms for 8 persons are available at low rates and deluxe rooms are also available at low rates. Through the Devasthan Trust, at a low rate, that is, even Rs. Mahaprasad is given every day in full meal but time is fixed for this. 10 to 2 p.m. 1 p.m. 6 p.m. 9 is like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaning not upto the mark .. found lots of germs in bed as well as blanket ... Also bhakta niwas trust people are not helpful hence need to search other private hotel in mid night and private hotel room prize is also near about same as bhakta nivas room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and very affordable place to stay. Highly suggested for the pilgrims who are going to visit the Vighnahara Mandir in Ojhar which is among the Ashtavinayak temples. There are total 4 Bhavans these are the initial ones and they're also new ones. All of the four are really good. The parking is also very nearby and the temple is also really close.

You can get extra blankets for 5₹
They also provide food (Mahaprasad) twice a day for just ₹25. It includes a curry, Chapatis, Dal, Rice and Shira. Menu maybe different everyday. The food tastes good. Drinking water is also available near the dining area.
