★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management has cheated us , caterers were the biggest cheaters first the will ask you for the full booking amount of the hall and later the catering people will black mail you for the full amount in advance so that they can play with peoples precious days by cheating in food quality and supply and unprofessional staff which they hire randomly from streets , we had mad a big mistake by arranging our wedding here , request you to be careful with the management and later they have black mailed us if the full amount is not paid they will disconnect the lights in the middle of wedding so you could imagine how they are. They have charged us big amount for decoration and have put nothing .let the top management be aware what's going on there or the trustees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Design of this place is QUITE inconvenient to senior citizens. One has to climb many tall steps to enter the main hall. Then for dinning, have to get down ( it's below the main hall) & since the dinning area is totally closed place, it has some oder , & foul smell of bathrooms inside too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every thing found to be good except Washroom. Dirty gents urinal. Either there was no latches for WC or doors were no proper. Due to non working of flush, Commodes were full and very dirty and in pathetic condition. Due to which entire gents washroom was unbearable.

Only thing they need to take care is cleaning of their restroom and washing area.
