Yoga is connection of body, mind and soul. I learnt many things here which completely changed my life. It taught me how to handle things in life, it changed the dimension how I looked life. Each day is a different experience for me. It is my honour and I consider myself fortunate to be part of SKY. A wonderful and ideal place for authentic yoga. Can improve with building interior like they can put mirror in wall so that can judge our own postures . Drinking water facility needed.
