β β β β β Worst experience ever. I bought sofa cover and ask them to do pikko. The price of 1meter cloth was 200Rs and I just bought 2 metres. When asked about the cost of stitching the person didn't even knew it and he told it will be charged acc to tailor and then they took 180Rs for simple stitching(not even pikko). When we complained about simple stitch they had no business caring for customer service they were just completely indifferent to the complaint... no apology... no correction of the error. After shouting at them they took the cloth agree to do the pikko still after a week when inquired about the cloth they gave a very silly excuse that they don't even have the thread of that colour so ultimately we got the idea that they are just worthless people to expect anything from...it's better we take our cloth back and give to another tailor and pay them instead of expecting these guys to resolve the problem they have created and swore that we will never ever buy anything from Shrinath Furnishing. Never had such a disgusting experience... Cheating customers at that level is really low.
