★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all let me start with the bus services i felt it was Okies and now my journey experience ,it was pathetic.many passengers including myself got really angry on the bus caretaker bcs of the reason that they allowed some 4-5 people with tons & tons of luggages inside the bus and due to that other passengers didn’t had any space to move inside the bus .we literally had to walk over the luggage which already covered the path and secondly the owner of these luggage’s were kept shouting throughout the journey which made all the other passengers really irritated. I won’t recommend this bus service to others . Yes last thing they delayed the bus by 2 hrs without informing the customers in prior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fill people on the way too. Looks like we were travelling in a cattle class. Many people were sleeping on the ground too. In order to move towards the gate, you need to crossover some people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Unprofessional!! We had booked onward and return tickets from Ahmedabad to Kota. They unexpectedly cancelled the onward tickets and we had to cancel the return tickets at high cancellation charges! I don't understand why do they take bookings if busses are not available!? And when asked they're giving argument that they've refunded the amount so it's all okay!! No ethics. No moral values. It's not about money, it's about breaking customer's trust! Never recommended!
