★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. My friend got hair smoothing done. But it was not done properly again called her and did botox treatment on hair. But still the hairs are not done properly side hairs look as if they are burnt. Not accepting their fault and blaming everything on heena ?. Also she got her highlights done which are also not properly... very bad service costly and bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I got my hair coloured it was as I wanted it to be. The next time I was clear with my expectations but they were not heard. Rather I was mocked for expecting the same kind of style I had earlier. Then the colour was blond which I what I strictly did not want. I had to get my hair coloured for 3 times the same day. Wasted a lot of money only to get the worst experience in a salon.
Now my hair are so dry because of all the colour.
DO Be cautious!!! Your hair need proper care from professionals who know what they are doing. I have severe hairfall and my hair is in the worst possible condition.
