As multiple has pointed out , sales ppl are very unprofessional, the apt size are very small and also they are hiding information as what flat is available and what not . And seems like all 5 stars here are paid review , so please be cautious before investing

Went to see 3bhk,flat layout is mordan way design. Like the unit layout however the price quoted in that area is very high.Place is underdevelop. They are trying to sold this project saying that location is the USP. That is not true.

I personally visited this property and felt like they are understaffed as I had to wait for 20 mins for someone to come and explain. I could hardly see 2-3 customers and they said since there is a high demand they don't have time to sit also properly :o !! They said that there has been a plan to improve the roads by the government by 2022.Well, good luck with that. Main point here I am trying to make is things can be unpredictable so, before taking or committing take a step back,think a few times and take decision. The floor plans look decent otherwise.

Placed in good location, good connectivity to all sides of city. Very fast growing area with many builders constructing apartments in the same road. 471 apartments for 8.59 acres, , low density. Very near to schools. Overall one of best upcoming society in Old Madras Road.

Shriram blue project sales team cheated us and we have been waiting to get the booking amount refund of 1 lakh rupees since more than 6 months. After long wait on refund, I am writing this review on my experience with shriram blue. Though this review is very long, this might be useful for atleast one person who may get saved from this kind of fraud sales people. We have booked one flat J1201 in feb 2021 based on the flat information given by one of the sales executive Divya as under construction site was closed for direct visit. Hence, just by trusting her words, we have paid 1 lakh rupees and booked the Flat J1201. But after booking, sales team allowed us to visit the construction site. Then to my surprise, wall of other block is covering most of the balcony and we were so much disappointed with the sales executive who had given wrong information So, we requested shriram blue sales executive to cancel the booking made and to refund the booking amount 1 lakh. This is how they are doing all the sales by giving wrong information and cheating people who are trying to own house with their hard earned money. After the discussion with sales executive, I met sales head Prakash Rao and explained all the situation and how we Got wrong information while booking the flat. He heard everything and he said that he will talk to his higher management to explain the situation for the refund. After few days of above meeting, I have been patiently calling him every week to know the status of refund request and after few weeks he had confirmed on the email that refund request has been approved and 1 lakh will be refunded by 15th may 2021 and this was his last email and till now we didn't get the refund. After the promised date ie 15th may 2021 , I have been chasing him every week to know when we can expect the amount. He was just kept on saying that we need to wait for few more days as accounts team did not comeback on the payment date due to corona lock down and all. He started ignoring and was not responding to my calls and messages. One day, I have called from another number and when I asked why he is ignoring my calls, he said some story which is kot believable. However, I had last calll with him on 9th July 2021 and he promised that refund check will be ready by another 2 weeks. But from that day, he is not answering my calls and not responding to my messages,. This is very evident that all his words are fraud and fake. We are losing hope day by day on Shriram builder since we have lost our hard earned money of 1 lakh rupees because of their sales executive and sales head. This is very unfair and not expected from a well known builder like Shriram. I have all the voice recordings of discussions happened with sales executive,sales head and also email confirmation by sales head Prakash Rao on refund approval and refund amount. Please be careful while investing your hard earned money in this kind of projects.

I was very skeptical of this project at first but after comparing it to others in an around vicinity on cost, space, structural and non structural & possession timelimes this seemed to be a dream home for me and bang on. Trust me this is not a paid review. Most times we endulge in big brand names and forget that someone else can also give the best . This project is thoughtfully designed and also gives you some minute addons which you need to realise while closely comparing with other projects.( find for yourself) Also SBI pre approved project which is the stamp of authencity. Sbi never does it on any litigated project. Proud to be a part of Blue family. With all modern amenities its truly resort like living . The way its presented if the execution is done in same way I am sure it will change the dynamics of residential housing in this area. Do check on once before finalising on anything else.. Are yaar dekhne aur puchne me kya jata hai...lena nai lena to hamare hath me hai. Who knows this can be your dream home too.. Also value for money,Unless you are searching value in something else.. Cheaters, Fraud, Scamsters and all things ugly is Shriram Blue. Got cheated by the Sales team for 50000 Rs in advance. Tirthankar Bharti and Samrat Ghosh were the people we dealt with. They started abusing, blocking us on mails and all such unprofessional acts. Google is filled with fake reviews to boost their ratings, they’ve nothing going on for them. Avoid all Shriram Properties. Read about them on Mouthshut or better yet talk to the residents of recently completed projects. Fraud. A smaller builder will have more ethics, morality and etiquettes.
