I was amazed by the well laid out roads and footpaths. The is playing area for kids and parks for people to sit and relax. Specially the fresh air. Just amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management has zero interest in showing any flats or answering any questions. You would rather dump Your money in the bin than buying a flat with these guys. The staff are extremely impolite has no interest in anything neither showing or talking about the venture. They don’t have any information to hand in. Villas are sold and looks good. If you are an NRI and wanted to invest I rather ask you wait as it is no point to deposit your money. For 1100 flats you have a community centre which is not functional at all. The views mat be good but quality of construction is poor. The dilapidated conditions of the flats reminds of me the lack of maintenance. Throughly disappointed especially after the hype around it. The staff needs a proper training in customer service

Without car it is difficult to stay there because it is far from the city.On 2wheeler it is lonely to travel this place.
