★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have enormously delayed the project "Celebrity Towers" ever since we booked a flat in it. Similar experience with 600+ people who have booked flats. This project is going on from 2009 and they are not sure when they would deliver. Prolonged delay and differed commitments have made us to stage dharnas and protests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only the company but the residing people are illtreated by the management of maintaimence team in a very cheap illiterate way. Even if your flat is delivered, be careful of committe members monopolistic beaviour.

We have been very Affectionate to them all along. Like us there many elderly people who are anxiouly wairing for completion of this Vizag project. But they Utterly failed in keeping up their commitments. Right now work stopped. All we want is the earliest completion and handing over of our flats.?????????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed, I booked this flat in 2012 with great hopes. Now, it's almost 2020 and even after 8 years of wait, this so called company of repute is unable to complete the project.
SPL should wake up, immediately complete this project in vskp and save their image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have booked a flat in 2011 for my parents. I was promised for an handover in 2014 or in the first quarter of 2015. It has been five years now and still waiting for the possession of the flat. Unfortunately I lost both my parents with out their dream being fulfilled.
Very careless attitude by the management and no response from the management for the delay. They just say the words, will deliver but God only knows when?
How careless these people are and reckless. Does the MD Mr. Murali has any right to put in LinkedIn that their company is known for integrity. Is this what called as integrity?
I earnestly warm every one through this media not to fall prey to their selling tactics and not become one more victim

I personally know so many retired employees had booked the flats in this company, now God only can understand their mental trauma

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst real estate company, I have ever seen in my life. I booked the flat in 2015 they gave false promise to deliver in 2016 but see still we r not sure to get even in 2023. I personally know so many retired employees had booked the flats in this company, now God only can understand their mental trauma. Worst builder. Horrible. Most corrupted person. I suggest not to believe anything. Believe what u see.
