Out of 15 acres total project size 4 acres kept for open space with lash green lawn, beautiful gazebo style club house, party area, seating area, bar-b-Que area. Ample play and fitness area with two large tennis court, basketball area, squash court, skating area, kids play area, senior citizen maze, large open area theater and large club house which has billiards room, cards and carom room, gym Shauna, fully functional professionally managed Creche, Party area, large swimming pool. Internal roads are 40 feet wide.
Being within the city, and strategically located you can reach any part of city specially all major IT hub quickly. Indiranagar and Koramanagala about 3 km away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have nice society.. very good community living. You will find peace and nature connectivity. They have active sports club running (Gym, swimming, badminton, basketball, badminton etc). It costs more as well having all facilities inside ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society. I have been living here for the past 13 years. The location is superb. Indiranagar and Koramangala are just 10 mins away. The apartment has various amenities like Swimming, tennis, basketball, gym, badminton, squash, table tennis etc. The society is very vibrant, filled with lots of events every now and then for all age groups. A huge and beautiful garden is also present. 2,3 and 4 BHK houses are present in this complex. A total of 504 houses are there. All maintenance personnel (electrician, plumber) are available 24/7. If planning to shift in here then dont think twice before doing so, best society to be a part of.

1. Good society
2. Nice amenities, tennis court, swimming pool,garden, club house etc.
3. Airy and bright building lobby.
Now, note the cons
1. In the middle of several D grade tenements
2. Approach road only from Domlur..EGL road good.
3. The apartment that the broker showed me had water seepage in every room, walls as well as ceiling. His, the broker's, comment was that all the apartments in this society was like that. What...?????
4. Given the 3. above, the units are over priced. Don't know if the owners are asking a high price or whether the brokers are promising them a high price.
5. Not sure about the water supply source. Here again, the broker was very ambivalent and unsure.

I took the approach roads myself and this is not based on the broker input.
I saw the particular house myself (unit 303, for reference). See for yourself how the unit is.
There can be no two opinions about the surroundings/neighbourhood, it is there for all to see.
Please do clarify about the water source for the society so that buyers can take an informed decision.
Do note that I have highlighted the good points also.
Hence my views are objective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained clubhouse and amenities. Beautiful landscaped Central park. Central location between Koramangala and Indiranagar. Walking distance to EGL. All major school and college buses come to the campus. Blissful to stay here !!
