★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose Shrushti costumes upon seeing the photos posted on their website. Really disappointed with the costume quality, their approach towards customers. Costumes weren't checked before giving, like we literally received tattered smelly draperies. On contrary, while returning costumes back they do ensure the condition of costumes accurately. It was good we already had taken pictures of those torned costumes.
Rates and deposit are over charged and demand full advance on booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst place. I wanted to star them zero but not possible so giving 1 star. The reasons are: very bad quality of costumes, not much variety, very very costly compared to other drapery shops and most important the owner named Archana she is very very arrogant in nature. Not at all polite to costumer as if she is not needed to make her business grow. Very stubborn in nature and very rudely speaks to costumer. Dont listen to them and if we argue she hang ups the phone. Very bad attitude and has no manners how to talk to people. i will suggest everyone that dont go to her place to rent out costumes. Better way find some place nearby in baner or pimple Saudagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a great collection of costumes on rent but where the shop is located is a big disadvantage. It's on a very narrow lane and if you go there during season time like navratri, don't expect any service at all. The staff is super slow and disinterested and you've to find your way through the pile of clothes.
