★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently went to chennai using the this travels innova, driver Mr. shiva is very good but the vehicle is very old .creates lot of disturbance during the travel.even air leakage at the back tyre . due to this ther way delay in our travel time.but other than that driver was very good, only for that reason i have given 4 star.even i will choose this travels next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a Innova for 3 days - Wayanad , Coorg and Bangalore for my brother. 50% advance payment was also done. We got a White Innova early in the morning - bumper was broke and Front tyres all gone. Brother called me after an hour and told me that the Driver needs to do a wheel balancing in Mysore which will take an hour. - It was very risky to drive further. He left the car mid-way and took another taxi.
Do not any service , agency is pathetic. The website looks very good but compared to service and quality of cars is poor. I made more than 50/60 calls to various people in the agency when i cancelled and asked for help. Lastly, i had to go to their office and get the refund.
Bad experience.

New vehicle - 2018 model, for 3 days.
Enjoyed the timely delivery at home and pick up after our return.
It is a no hassles security deposit return as well.
Very professional and reliable.

Few issues -
1. The site is bit outdated and for everything we have to directly communicate to the contact person, even for seeing the car photos that they have.
2. The drivers lack basic english, which hinders communication and increases the chances of misunderstanding things.
3. Their website payment gateway is not working and have to directly transfer money to them, and there is a delay in getting receipt as well.
If above can be fixed , IMO its a best place to book for car.
