Got cheated by this shop owner Mr. Rakesh and store employee Mr Santosh.
I'd a problem with my Samsung LED TV two months back. Having bought two ac from him, I approached him to find a technician to fix the TV. He sent a person called Mahesh. He turned out to be a cheat. He said the motherboard is gone and it needs to be changed. He said he has changed it along with display booster board without informing me.
He didn't changed any of it but took Rs. 8000 from me. He in fact damaged the LED backlight instead. Later when confronted, he said he'll give back the money and fix the backlight. However when we called him multiple times, he never responded to the call. That's when I approached Mr Rakesh to interfere and get it rectify. He said he'll help after Dusshera festival but post that even he's not responding to calls. When I visit the store the staffs always say he's out.
Extremely disappointed with the people. Horrible people who has taken his share of money from technician. That's why he is not sending him.
