★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Outstation people the Owners behave very rudely . I have taken up a flat here 2 months back , owners says to vacate in 2 weeks from now. I am facing a loss again of shifting and to get this house to one shape I have spent so much this was again loss. Children here staying in other Flats climb on my car scratched so badly , broke my wipers . Worst experience. Here I find people(owners and brokers) commission based . Let us stay from few months , then say vacate and we pay commission to broker they show some flats and owner says vacate and we pay again to brokers . HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shift from Bangalore to Gandhinagar to work , was staying a flat here . Society Kids are not well mannered , they climb on cars , break the wipers and side mirrors , 8000 repair cost. Owners says vacate in 2 months after shift, NO RESPECT FOR a outsider . Broker are hard up for money so land with these kind of landlords. BAD EXPERIENCE
