★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had scheduled the appointment for the first service of my 5th Gen Honda City on 5th Dec at Shubh Honda, Raipur. I had, however, forgot to opt in for the Pick and Drop service. So on the appointment day, my driver left the vehicle for the service and picked it up later in the day. Below is the feedback for the same:
1. I had asked for the HSRP number plate to be attached, and had provided the number sticker and the HSRP screws that need to be riveted along with the plate. The number plate was attached using normal screws and the sticker was not attached. The sticker and the HRSP screws that were provided by me were not returned as well.
2. The vehicle was cleaned but
- There was quite excess grease left on the doors, bonnet and boot hinges. I had to clean some off from the door hinges so that it does not accidently ruin clothes while getting on or off.
- There was white goo left from the cleaning compounds left out on the TFT. I had to clean that off as well.
- The door handle arm rests were not cleaned properly because of which there were spots left behind.
When I tried emailing Shubh Honda with some photos for reference, the email delivery failed.

Customers are welcomed late served late and it seems like cars are waiting for a sale the sales worker don't care.
