Owner does not know how to talk to clients, not clear in their requirements, just likes to beat about the bush and then expect clients to know what details to provide. Owner is abusive and is very persistent on seeking confidential information. I had provided all the information to this person but she still wanted more and more, and kept emailing daily seeking for more information that was all provided to her. She has no set form to fill out, but just expects the client to provide everything. When you don't provide what she want's she uses bad language.
