I would like to mention two names to get in touch with Manish and Prateek. They are really transparent about their project.

1. Ok project if you have budget constraint.
2. Development is going at good pace.
3. Ok layout.
4.Good sales team.
Cons:-
1. Even they adding kharadi in address, doesnt feel kharadi. Its kind of well inside and away from kharadi IT park, so if you are paying extraa money just for 'KHARADI', then dont.
2. If you check quotation infra charges such as parking and MSEB meter are really high and doesnt make sense.
3. Actual RERA Date is quite far, If they deliver before then it will be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing is I have booked flat here. But when I sent email regarding small internal changes in flat but they are not responding on time. But yes they are replying on email once all work done and reply is like "Sir work already done so we can not do changes now" but I sent email before my flat work start. About the flat, location and price all good but if they will not responding on time to your dream home small changes then it hurts me. Think once again before you go for it. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is almost completed and this society is huge society in near by area of Vadagaonsheri and Kharadi. Total they have 5 buildings starting from A to E. It's on road of old Mundhwa road exact opposite to Bollywood E-Square or Bollywood Multiplex. Hope this will developers more this area. By the looks till now society is lavishing and premium.
