★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience here. The designs looked really good on insta so I placed an order. They asked me to ping a WA number , which I did and someone responded and it was friendly then. The TAT was supposed to be 7-8 days. Around 10-12 days went by without me hearing a peep from them, so I asked in WA what the ETA was. They said 2-3 more days. 7 days went by after that. The dress was meant for my anniversary, which came and went. After 3 follow ups on WA, I commented on their insta handle. The temerity of the team - they pinged me to say it doesn’t make any sense for me to comment there. So they will dictate how the customer reacts after they have missed deadlines thrice. The person called to pick a fight and actually called me, a paying customer, “a horrible person”. And that, apparently, they have great ethics, so they won’t delete my comment. WHILE THEY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR SOCIAL ACCOUNTS. To top this pathetic business ethic, a second person then called to spin some yarn on how each dress is customized. My point is :
1. Each dress is customized, yes, but taking that into account you promised a delivery date. If you are missing that, it’s your job to notify the customer.
You missed your deadline 3 times, all through which I showed you the courtesy of pinging private on WA.
2. The dress was meant for a specific occasion, and that plan had to be canceled. I still pinged you on WA, when YOU DIDN’T EVEN SHOW ME THE COURTESY OF RESPONDING ON TIME
3. YOU THREATENED ME ON PHONE, CALLING ME NAMES AND SAYING “YOU’ll write about me”. I’m not sure what that even means.
4. After all that, I GET A PING SAYING CAN WE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PLAN AND CAN I ACCEPT THE DRESS? No thanks. I would have, but to jog your memory, YOU SAID YOU DIDN’T WANT MY BUSINESS. WELL, neither do I, yours.
5. The money has been refunded. Thanks for that
