★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lookwise construction is good but quality of construction is not good. But the rates are too high. Houses are made on prime location that's why 1 star, but there are so many negative points. Colony is not at all safe. It is not covered.. there are no gates. Anyone can enter anytime. Specially when pathani area is nearby. And there is a bear-shop very close to the area. Now the builder is quoting high because the road connects to AIIMS road and MGM DRM road, but neglecting other safety points. The road which connects to BHEL area is not well developed and not safe at night. After covering all these points if the builder would have quoted these rates then it would have been logical but right now there is no sense investing this much in such property. It would be better to invest in other areas nearby, which are completely developed, safe yet the price is lesser then this one.
