★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR!!! Horrible customer service!!! After our purchase, using a Visa Gift Card, we noticed we were over charged. After proving the charge was incorrect and that the store indeed over charged us the manager still refused to give our money back that same day. He stated that we needed to come back the next day or the next day after that in order to get our money back. Not only did he charge us twice for the purchase he also over charged us on the original price....oops, he said sorry. The manager of the store was one of the rudest people I have EVER met and I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer. Needless to say we went back the next day argued again with the manager to get our money back AND luckily his wife was there to make it happen. Even though the prices may be a couple of dollars less than the others … I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE nor WILL I EVER GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! How is this place still in business?... I purchased 2 hats, one for me and one for my son, both for Christmas. I stopped in a couple days after Christmas to inquire about exchanging mine for a larger size and the owner very rudely expressed that all sales are final! He made it clear by pointing to all the signs littered around the store that "all sales are final!" Upon asking him if he even wanted repeat customers he again rudely raised his voice and stated that he did not say that but that all sales were final. However this store policy, which was made very clear, clearly implies that this business is NOT interested in repeat customers! Furthermore, the lack of customer service demonstrates just how undeserving this business owner is of customers at all!
There are few legitimate methods of gaining the advantage on businesses like this, the most effective is not to shop them at all. I encourage anyone reading these reviews to shop elsewhere. Please, this person needs to understand that it is our business that keeps his doors open and without it, they will close.
