Don’t ever take loan from Shubham housing finance. You have to pay them your entire life. I took a loan for 120 months which is 10 years. The rate of interest I am paying is 15.5%. They told me after a year they will reduce the rate of interest. The person who sold me this loan said that the rate of interest will be 12% when the letter was sanctioned it was 13 %. In 3 years its 15.5 %. So the loan I should be paying was for 10 years. Since there is a rate of interest increase by 2 % there is loan tenure increase of 2.5 years so now instead of 10 years my loan is for 12.5 years. I thought that I have paid the loan for 3 years now 7 years will be remaining I came to know today there is still 10 years remaining.
I got a call for 3 months moratorium. I said yes because my husband is not eating he lost his job due to Covid. The person said there will be an increase of only 200 per month. Today I came to know that there is an increase in per month loan almost 400 rs increase in rate of interest and 2 lakhs interest increased. So much for a person not having money.
Stay in a rented property but don’t go for loan from them. The customer care is so rude saying kahi aur se le lo ya band karwa lo. If I am stuck don’t know what to do
