I have purchased 2 mangal sutras, 1 for myself and another one for my sister-in-law in the month of February 2021. My sister-in-law's mangal sutra turned into copper,so she went to the shop in the month of October. She went to the shop to exchange her mangal sutra, but he argued and at last he exchanged. He also said that he won't exchange another one mangal sutra which was bought together for myself. In the month of November I went to exchange because it was broken into pieces. He said he will not exchange and he also took the bill and didn't returned it. He was not ready to give the money. Then we argued and it led to the quarrel. As a result he agreed to give 1/2 of the money. We actually purchased it for the ₹3000 and at last he gave ₹1500. At the time of purchase he said he will exchange within 1 year if it broken and he will repair it within 2 years. He also said that he will give the money. The jewels are not of good quality. He will tell that 'If you message hi to this number I am gonna give you the anklet for free' He just takes our mobile and he says I will do the process of getting the anklet. He just forwards the ads of his shop to the groups and Insta. He gives self ratings to his shops in google Maps. The anklet is also not so good in design, quality, etc... I think it is not 1 gram jewel. My friendly advice is that don't purchase in Shubham jewellers. I hope you will take my advice.

Here is a personal story from a 43 year old women, who, until this year, never really valued jewelry. I met my husband when I was thirty. Of course there are healthy and happy kids at the end of my efforts, but service professionals suffer from burn out when one is in the giving position without re-upping their own reserves.
