★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder why Hero vehicles are not the first choice these days. Expecting support over phone is impossible. Either you call, they pick and without catering why you called disconnect. Or they say hello twice and pretending they can't here drops the receiver on the cradle. Service center number is kept engage. Pathetic services. Do not buy a hero vehicle and be trapped in vicious circle. Neither showroom executives nor service team would help.
