★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This residence is gaining fame nowadays (as of 9th November 2019). The flats here are available at a very reasonable rate and that's the reason why it's getting famous. Best part is that the homes are very nicely made by the builder, I've been to one if the flats and was impressed with that.
