★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. But noisy and congested. Roadside parking is to be stopped because it takes half of the road. Anytime there's a risk of road accidents.
Inside residential area there's a car parking problem for visitors especially. I didn't like the place. Only advantage is the location. So I can rate this place 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid taking rent at Flat 404, C2 building, Phase 1 Shubhashree Residential. The owner has recently looted Rs 8000 in the name of cleaning charges while vacating. Very unprofessional and dishonest behaviour.
