★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10% discount is just a marketing stunt specially in newly opened retail medical shop, Shantipuram. Didn't bother to accept the Suchita Gold Card and bought the medicines at full market price ( discount is hoax). In case when have to buy the medicine at MRP the why only Shuchita pharmacy. Terrible experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the best pharmacy of Prayagraj.The people dealing the customers are so generous and humble.During the entire Lockdown this pharmacy has made medicine available to my doorstep without seeing the time and the situation. Then too They offer discount and all.Altogether a great deal.I simply loved the service and the owner of the pharmacy is a learned person and needs to be respected not like a shopkeeper or a medicine seller but a good human being.
And as far as time is concerned.
They are having huge customer base.To deal with all.... it takes time.But then too They prioritize their task in such a manner that everyone's needs get fulfilled timely according to the level of Urgency.
I would simply say It's an amazing pharmacy where they give double Benefits - Discount to the card holders and free home delivery within the diameter mentioned in the terms and condition.
I simply love this pharmacy.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place couple of months ago. Worst service, extremely long waiting time even when there are no customers. I waited for 30 mins with just one man in front of me! I had one medicine to return still I was made to wait 39 minutes. After that when I made purchases incorrect bill was made and I had to go back in the return line to get my money back which would not happen if they would have made the correct bill in the first place! A simple task that would have taken 5 mins in any other shop took almost an hour at this place.
Save your time and sanity by not visiting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff ..being a regular customer since long and for the very first time i have requested for emergency delivery but they denied..and we live near radius of 1km …i told them it’s very urgent but then also they denied..i think it’s their job but they don’t believe to sustain customer for a long period …. Very poor service and very rude staff also ..sometime they delivery wrong medicine but we didn’t raise any complaints because we had time to exchange but this time when we have asked for some emergency delivery they denied .They don’t cooperate also very unprofessional staff .I will make sure will never consider this pharmacy in future neither suggest anyone to buy any medicine from here because sometime if you won’t notice they deliver wrong medicine and expiry also .

I have been calling continuously from 11 pm to 1.07 am and the man on call said that you'll get it around 12.30 and after waiting I tried to call at 12.55 and they stopped picking up the call.
Pathetic service and behaviour.

Since pharmacy is a serious and delicate business, one shouldn't maintain the casual attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Govindpur branch. Most unprofessional staff. I wanted to buy couple of medicines and it was not in stock on that day. Staff told it will be available next day. It’s almost a week and every day they give new excuse. When tried to them contact on given number they don’t respond. Number provided for suggestion and complaint is joke. They never pick. Avoid going to this shop
