★ ★ ★ ★ ★ इनके कॉल सेंटर स्टाफ को भी नही पता की dr यहां बैठता है कि नहीं? इस सेंटर में अपॉइंटमेंट लेने के बाद भी वहां कोई अपॉइंटमेंट नही। ना ही कोई dr था। वहां का एक स्टाफ बोला कि dr 3 दिन बैठता ही नही है सेमीनार में पटना गया हुआ है।
आप को फोन पे दवाई दिला देता हूं?
सिर्फ खांसी और पेट में जलन के लिए rs 6300 का दवाई दिया ??
मेरे लिए ये अनुभव बहुत ही बुरा रहा ?
मेरा अनुभव सिंगल स्टार का भी नहीं रहा ?????
Even their call center staff does not know whether the dr sits here or not? Even after taking appointment in this center there is no appointment there. Neither was there any dr. A staff there said that Dr does not sit for 3 days, has gone to Patna in the seminar.
Will I get you medicine over the phone?
Gave rs 6300 medicine only for cough and stomach irritation??
Was this a bad experience for me?
My experience was not even that of a single star?????
