I have been practing since 2002. I have been associated with the reputed Action Group of Hospitals since 2011, along with this clinic. Additionally, I am a visiting consultant at Max Health Care, Pitampura and Ecolive, Gurgaon.
I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and dedicated to helping patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the treatment that works best for them. Time and again I have seen incredible results in improving healing powers of the body through Naturopathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their hamper lately which had amazing organic skincare products like Rose Ubtan, Aloe Vera Gel, Charcoal soap, Herbal Hair Oil and a pack of Herbal Tea. I must say, each product has a individual benefits and quality of their own.
Most of the Ubtans I use leave my skin a little dry but kudos to the Shuddhi Naturopathy Team for their creation. The Ubtan is really good for all skin types and leaves a glowing effect after one use itself.
Having dry skin means extra skin care routine in winters but their oil and aloe vera gel has helped me to keep my skin and hair hydrated and full of life. Also, being a Delhiite means taking extra care to save yourself from hazardous pollution and I can vouch that their Charcoal soap is a little step towards saving your skin from the same. It scrubs off the skin layer so effortlessly that you can only feel the refreshed skin admist the current weather scenarios.
Last but not the least, The Herbal Tea is actually refreshing and like a warm hug to your inner body. I consume it everyday in the morning and after all the exertion of the day. It helps me calm my mind and clean my body.
The fact that all the products are made with natural and organic ingredients made me trust them even before buying.
