★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a residential flats located in core area of #Gota-Ahmedabad. Both Pros & Cons shares the review by 50% as there are some of the good facilities available and rest sucks.
#Safety : Yes they are up with it as they have an In-Built play-area for kids and have a small garden like green place within too. Two main gates with 24/7 watchman is definitely a plus point. However, Any of two would never ask you anything about your identity even if you are entering it for the first time.
#Flats : Very small rooms and balconies. Construction is very good but plans of the houses and an overall design of the houses has lot of those things which could have been in the better way to be built e.g : In the bathroom, Ventilation facility in bathrooms opens in a Balcony and it's too high from the floor to acommodate a person having bath. That's why, Feels too hot inside the bathroom.
#Surroundings : I would really request the residents of these flates to plant Trees/Family. Getting very hot in summer and also it requires some greenery too. Near by area is good to easily get the households and routine things. Public transport is available connecting the old city, Which is a plus point.
Overall, Good place to purchase a flate since it's economic but there are things mentioned which could have been better.

However, your first - and only - review posted just after you joined TA in August has 220 characters! So you can write a 200 character review :-)
Since you are new, you may not realize that when TA did not have a minimum character count, there were some reviews that consisted of just one word and were *totally useless*.
Many of us welcomed the minimum character count since it definitely helped to improve the reviews. I would be delighted to see a minimum of 300 for hotels and 200 for restaurants and attractions :-)

Regarding your comment that 50 characters are plenty for a "positive stay at a cheap place where features are limited", below is a *fictitious* example of a review for one night at a cheap place:
"We stopped in to this Sleep Tight motel for just one night. It's just off the Interstate freeway. Check in was easy and our room was clean. Since this is an inexpensive motel, the towels were a bit thin. The bed was fine and our night was quiet. The breakfast they offered was just pre-packaged pastries but it was enough to get us on our way in the morning. Overall it was a good deal for $58 a night!"

Several property has been developed under this developer which is quite successful.
Ample parking space,
