★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shukan Villas is a housing society of 2 and 3 BHK luxury apartments. There are 13 buildings with a total of 260 apartments. There are 2 large gardens in the complex. Overall a very spacious and well located society. It is only 200 meters from Sargasan CrossRoads. So perfect location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice locality near sargasan cross road ,Sarkhej Gandhinagar highway. 2 and 3 BHK FLATS are built with two big gardens and playing areas for children. Wall Facing outside borders and two gates are there but mainly one is used right now. Older people management mainly running the admin body. Wide roads attract me a lot.
