★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not like a regular gym where u go and do exercises. It is very different as here one can learn lot of things which cant be done in other gyms.Tbh, it is a combo of everything.
So yeah, one must give it a try.

Shvas is best in East Delhi. Trainers are also good , special thanks to nazeem sir who boost energy in me...the one hour in his class is very tough ?but it's very very effective
I must say do join? ,if you are looking for best fitness centre?
