★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional agency and provides low quality candidates. We hired a nanny (Vaishnavi) to take care of our son from this agency. The person turned out to be unprofessional and lazy, with no interest in taking care of a child. The agency was also not very forthcoming with providing recommendations and stopped answering our calls when we wanted a replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unreliable and unprofessional to the core. After taking the commission the maid leaves and then you just keep calling and they don't even reply back nor provide another maid.

Sampada worked for only 5and half months only. She was not good in baby care and hence was given household work.
She is currently not working for me and is washing vessels and cleaning houses of other people. Maids who have professional baby care experience don’t do this work. I think Bhavan this answers your question “why she was given household work instead of baby care”. My review remains intact: unprofessional agency
