Good things about this showroom :
Polite staff, good ambience, welcomed with tea snacks and packaged drinking water.
Things which can be improved:
- Sales team should plan faster delivery to customers, I informed about delivery plan in advance still needed to wait 1 hr for test drive, 4 hrs for paper work after paying full amount, 2 hrs for accessories setup.
- payment terms should be communicated in advance, I was planning down payment by debit card for which I was asked to pay 1% extra amount.
- payment receipts should be generated automatically for all payments, I had to visit cash counter 5-6 times to get my payment receipts.
