โ โ โ โ โ Doctor is no doubt excellent, quite professional and commendable, but the staff is really unprofessional and very poor.... They should be trained how to talk with the people and patients... I would not go there just because of staff because more than doctor we have to face the torture of staff.. ..

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor is good but facilities and services is very bad. There is no cooler in room. And Ac room is like joke . There is no private room . Every room have atlest two bed. No setting.argement for attendend. Very bad service

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor is good but she sends people for really expensive tests..
Her brother owns ALOK DIAGNOSTIC and the doctor sends people here only for all the tests.. these people steal money on the name of tests..
The test which costs only 1400 in paliwal these alok people charge 5500 for the same test.
If u diagnose yourself from some other lab then Dr. Neera dixit doesn't even take the case seriously...
In total DOCTOR IS FINE BUT HER PRINCIPAL ARE INFECTED...

โ โ โ โ โ My experience have been too good with Dr. Neera Dixit. She is too good and caring towards patients.I have read here in reviews mostly that people are not satisfied with staff behaviour.But in our case me and my wife both felt excellent staff behavior also till last day of discharge of my wife.I would like say that it is both ways if you behave politely and do not irritate them unnecessarily , they will also behave with you in right manner.We have been blessed with our younger son on last 15th August 2021 here and discharged on 18th August 2021.Both baby & mother were healthy at the time of discharge. The Only suggestion we would like to give numer of private Ac rooms are only 2 which should be increased as per increasing footfalls of patients.However we were lucky enough to get one room at the time admitting. There was also expected cleanliness provided as required. Very Good treatment in very reasonable charges .In the last we would like to give thanks again to Dr. Neera Dixit & all staff for giving full cooperation and best treatment which was required for delivery of my younger son .??

โ โ โ โ โ Not a safe place seeing current situation of covid in the country. Congested place and I didnโt see anyone following social distancing. Should work on the spacing of beds.
