But the staff is very good, polite spoken and always ready to help.
Help me to get the best deal although o did not purchase any thing because the configuration I needed in a laptop is not provided by Dell. But they contacted me several times to help. Although I didn't find my deal still recommend this as the staff is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Absolutely horrible behaviour. Bought a HDMI switcher which stopped working after 5 days..First of all he refused to acknowledge that he sold the product..When I confronted him on the phone (I live out of state) he agreed that he sold it but said its not a product which has any warranty and refused to do anything..buy/ deal at your own peril..this man has no morals and should be shut down immediately..will be complaining to consumer forum.
