★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice store. First and foremost the owner talks to customer very well. Shows understanding of the customer's situation and goes one step beyond expectation. That's what we need today. Example - I asked him to get my mixie picked up for repair as I don't have any conveyance medium or time.
He could have said 'No' and banged the phone down. That's what most do.
But Mr Satyayendra agreed for video call, saw the problem and the brand of the mixer and said he could repair if I sent it. I was doubtful.
He put me to ease, saying most people send by dunzo and it will be fine, there wouldn't be damage. So this behavior is outstanding, empathetic and practical.
Then he did the work well, made proactive calls to swiggy to help with address. This behavior is a needed to go beyond one's job and be empathetic. He wasn't just hearing to reply to me, he was listening to solve my mixie issue.
This is just a small but important step in empowering women that they can get most jobs done and dont have to depend on that husband or boyfriend or any man.
Not like I don't use online mediums or not aware of it, but dunzo Or swiggy just did not strike my mind and he was good enough to talk properly and just hint a way out.
