★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is very good, staircases and other common area are very wide and having excellent quality granite stone. Everything like rooms , flooring, hygiene is good. But it's zero on greenery part, no trees even any ornamental plant is not there. Only a heap of concrete, no greenery at all which makes it horrible.
