★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't provide Authenticity Certificate for gold products. The courteous yet over confident staff will explain you the meaning of 22 Carat, sometimes 99% sometimes 96% and when you see 91.6% i.e 21 Carat metrics in the ornament just beside the tiny Hallmark symbol and enquire about that, they are at a loss at first and then manage to pull off the disappointment with courtesy. They have a scheme Sonay Sohaga which let's you deposit a money against gold purchase at the rate of that day. Instead of providing the last installment in full they provide 70% of it, but when you negotiate before taking up the scheme they talk as if they will provide the last installment. Invest in somewhere more safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great place to buy gold jewellery. Staffs are really friendly and professional as well. They don't bother to work extra to satisfy customer's needs and explain all queries with a smiling face. Really enjoyed buying there at Shyam Sundar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Shyam Sundar Co. Ltd jeweller's Behala branch. I will list out my observations as under
1) out the staffs are very polite, cooperative and spends quite a lot of time for you even if you purchase a very small item.
2) they have got some good designs which are comparable to PC Chandra or Senco Gold
3) The floor area is big enough so that you don't feel suffocated even during the rush hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting this store for 3 last year now. One thing that I would like to highlight products are available for all ranges and you won't return empty handed once you get here.
Sales person are very warm n they give you proper suggestions.
One downside is, the store is located in the 1st floor with narrow stairs, difficult for aged people n kids. Lift is there but it was not operating when I had visited yesterday, i.e. on 15-08-2021.
