★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I bought an outfit n for next 3 weeks i kept on going to their shop again and again and they couldnt alter it to my size. They would mess it up so bad and i live in a different city, it took me long to reach their shop. I got mad n asked them to deliver it to my city then too they delayed it so much and kept on asking me to come to the near by shop where they planned on delivering it. Very unprofessional of them making false commitments. I didnt need the outfit quickly but still they should respect customer’s time. Poor behaviour by employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman said that he'd get the dress altered to the size my mother wanted and took a week's time. After one week, the dress had not been altered and it was the same, just a little more dirty Then he asked for more time and another week passed by and the dress was altered but not to the correct size..on asking for refund, the manager refused and he wasn't even sorry for his employee's mistake. The name of the salesperson was Tarun. He just made fake promises for altering it to the perfect fit while the tailor later refused that he can't make it the right fit.
Very unprofessional staff with lack of customer support and poor after sales complaint redressal.

They made me wait for 1.5 hours for a small work and kept saying .. bas 10 minute aur.. promised to deliver it after proper finishing but I was not happy with the finishing..
No value of customer's money and time..
Went there to buy my engagement dress. Dress not delivered in good shape. Neck dirty, shimmer dusted off! And when I asked them to fix it, they said.. It happens when people come and try.. The dress delivered to me is quite the opposite of the shop's name ''Shyne''.
Bad experience !

1. They won't respect their customer after they got some token amount.
2. They are not professional in their work.
3. They commit some date to you and then won't be able to provide the dress on that date.
4. During the alteration time they make the dress dirty and don't take the responsibility to clean the dress again.
Worst Experience I ever have in any wedding dress shop. :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought more than 5 dresses from here. Despite they took the measurement still there was a difference of 5 inches (which was surprising).
After 3-4 follow ups, fit was ridiculous (tailor is not trained, it seem).
Collection is still nice but due to alteration issues, experience becomes worst.
Heads up!
Shyne, Time to change your tailor.

Pathetic service .
They’re just concerned about money , till the time u r paying them they’ll treat you right . Don’t trust them . I paid almost 30 k for my outfit , just wanted minimal fitting. In and around . They took 15 days for that and when I came back to thr shop , the manager thr was so rude he tried giving me the piece which looked like a rented piece .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Shyne was not at all good.I choose my wedding lehanga from here which when came back from stitching was smaller in length.The shop didn't accept their fault,they charged us for frill added next also and the frill came out to be worst. I had to purchase another lehanga. I had to pay for home delivery of spoiled lehanga and the delivery person came out to be very rude. No support at all. Total wastage of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst shop ever . i bought a gown dress for my engagement worth 51,000 and two weeks prior my engagement when i reached the shop to pick my dress then the manager handover me the dress without fitting and was a bit ripped from waist . and when i told him i wont take a dress in this condition then the manager started shouting on me and misbehaved when i asked for refund . guys pls dont buy any dress from them
