★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys beware of this builder (Siddha Aangan). We live out of country, we bought a Villa here and made all the payments as per their demand, when we came here to see the completed Villa and get possession, we found multiple issue with construction, they did not provide few things as they promised or showed in the sample flat. So, we approached their Dy General Manager Maneesh Agrawal and asked him to get it fixed but he doesn’t seem to take interest and said it can’t be done, he don’t want to go to site with us to see the issues. when we go on site every time we find a new person there and every time we have to show them same things still they don’t have the list of all the issue due to their lack of internal communications. Now Maneesh has stopped picking our phone calls and intentionally trying to delay the things as he knows we are here for few days only. Moreover, to these issues he has charged us maintenance cost since last year before taking possession, they are trying to reap the customers. Please don’t risk your hard earned money by investing in their projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a USA based NRI and have purchased a flat in Siddha Aangan. The project is a solid example of Overpromise and Underdelivery. The moment you take a left turn from the main ajmer road highway, you'll be able to see the grand offerings Siddha has promised it's buyers. Offerings included : 24×7 cctv, swimming pool, shuttle service, tennis court, electricity back up all day. NONE of these things are there. They have even stopped club house construction. There is no club house plan as well. The people living there lives with power cut many a times in a day. There are security guards for sure, but they don't pay them on time and I have seen dozens of security guards being changed in last one year, as no body would stay there without appropriate pay right!!
My genuine, well experienced, advise would be to stay away from this.
By the way - I also pay them ~25000 maintenance fee for the whole year. I am still wondering why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for staying with the family. The Villas are well constructed with all the basic necessities. Located on the outskirts of Jaipur but at a prime location on Ajmer Road near Thikariya Toll Plaza. Mahindra City and Sikkim Manipal University are nearby. DPS Bhankrota is just 10 min drive. The locality is well maintained with good green spaces inside the society.
