★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys beware of this builder (Siddha Aangan). We live out of country, we bought a Villa here and made all the payments as per their demand, when we came here to see the completed Villa and get possession, we found multiple issue with construction, they did not provide few things as they promised or showed in the sample flat. So, we approached their Dy General Manager Maneesh Agrawal and asked him to get it fixed but he doesn’t seem to take interest and said it can’t be done, he don’t want to go to site with us to see the issues. when we go on site every time we find a new person there and every time we have to show them same things still they don’t have the list of all the issue due to their lack of internal communications. Now Maneesh has stopped picking our phone calls and intentionally trying to delay the things as he knows we are here for few days only. Moreover, to these issues he has charged us maintenance cost since last year before taking possession, they are trying to reap the customers. Please don’t risk your hard earned money by investing in their projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will be nice to you, till you purchase the flat. Once you purchase it, they will not listen to you. They don't give value to their customers. I regret purchasing the flat from such a builder who doesn't give value to the relationship. I purchased a flat in Siddha Lakeville. They are delaying the project. Whenever I asked proper justification they never respond to it properly. Even for minimum requirements their customer care team doesn't co-operate.
