Build quality is good but the customer care experience is horrible. They have a incompetent team at customer service. I have a issue pending for three months regarding payment mismatch, after giving all the payment details along with the soft copies ,they are not able to resolve the same. The behavior is good until you book a flat and once you book a flat they will treat you like servants

I got a call for job opportunity, the person was so rude. I asked her to share me the JD and will revert back with updated CV. Her reply was so rude, first time in m life a got a hate call for jobs

Sanjay, I appreciate your concern that you finally interested to know the pending list and improper work done by your reputed construction company. They are.... 1) parking are not cement floor drive way is muddy. 2) you gave ac points in all rooms and halls in all flats but your esteemed designer forgot the basic thing drainage of ac water. So, your project not have any ac drainage line which is only couse of damage of our building and flats. 3) you charge penalty for late payment, how much you are going to pay for not giving swimming pool and club deliberately. 4) last two years you not maintained drinking water system, and pipeline were chocked due to this. 5) No maintenance of GYM, which may couse a grievous hurt to any person. 6) you not built proper connectivity with phase two, one single drive way can't bear the traffic presure. So you do a illegal make shift, present system of traffic movement is against the traffic rule and laws of India. 7) cafeteria, community halls, and some parts of building damaged badly. 8) accountant of facility is not ready to face audit by the residents, which indicates the account is not maintained with transperency. 9) you not do the mutation of the building as bastu it is still mutation under sali land 10) your employees didn't bother to resolve the issues, they attend meetings but not put their signature in mom. No time frame was given to resolve the issues. The above mentioned list is not complete picture it's a glimpse. Do the work and resolve the issues, then take the CAM.

Me and my friend have taken a flat in Siddha, just wanted to share the kind of unprofessionalism buyers would have to deal with Siddha. The moment you go for enquiry they will assure you anything and everything to sale the flat and post your payment thier responses are worse then dealing with any government office. We have been following up for the commitment made pre sales with thier team from July and now in December they are denied the fact that no commitment was made whereas email documents was shared to them. Siddha team is such bureaucratic in approach that instead of even asking the person who has made commitment they are upfront denying. We have been asking for some senior authority who can address this but there has no been any revert from thier office all are seating there for refusals.

I have booked a flat in Siddha Galaxia and now I am regretting on my decision. They are neither professional nor responsive. They are not even providing any number to contact with them. Only sending demand notice through non reply mail. I am a banker and my some friends are planning to purchase doston this area, but I will suggest people not to book flat in this group.

I am an owner of Siddha Xanadu. I deeply regret the decision of buying flat in Sidhha. I am suffering from last 8months due to non functional plumbing water input line. Poor quality materials and workmanship is responsible for the issue and Siddha keeps denying this and trying to put it in maintainenance bucket. I don't know how much more i will suffer. Other issues there which I am not listing now.

I am very upset with this kind of service provided by the Siddha group. My husband has tried to reach a lot over phone and email to siddha. However, no one in customer care receives the phone calls. I have been following up on this particular subject over email for quite a few days. The execution date was communicated to me as 29th Jan. Accordingly We have done our plans. Suddenly on 27th Jan night 8:19 pm, there is an email from Siddha Group that the deed execution will be on 28th Jan morning 11:30 am and We need to have the whole day in hand for the process. How do siddha group expect us to be available in such a way? Even We have our office and their sudden change in plan will affect our drastically. If Siddha would have communicated this to us well in advance then We could have arranged our plan accordingly. This is unacceptable... Please reschedule the day and make it 29th Jan as communicated earlier. As emails to Suburbia Care and phone calls are not responded, I am being forced by your team to reach out to you via Google review. Also please note that if I try to reach out to you via Facebook comments, then the comments are deleted. I was the one who had promoted Siddha to my husband and asked him to buy a flat in Siddha. Now I regret my decision.

Scam Alert !! If you want to waste your money - please spend it on Siddha Projects.. You will get this after a few years, this time to take the skeleton out behind the glossy color? This Flat was closed for a couple of months and now it is not a livable house. The Flat was handed over to us in 2014 and less than 07 years, it was in this situation - found termite nest, fungus, mold all around the room’s floor, ceiling, doors and bed, sofa and everywhere. Also found major dampness in external and internal walls - plaster fall off from the walls. As a professional Engineer, I know there should be at least 10 years warranty for Anti-Termite treatment and damp-proof course/waterproofing.
