★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u people really Care for your pregnant wife & baby then don't take any risk.
Acually they don't deserve one star .. they deserve minus zero.
They only want Money Money Money .. they treat 2 or 3 patients at a time ..
They are collecting money for their new Hospital near Walwekar lawns .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc has good knowledge & experience.but taking undue advantage & couple (both husband & wife are Doc) loots the patient by taking patient's relatives signature on the specific amount on a document and match that amount at time of discharge if IPD. Its really funny the way they add the medicine just to match the figure on which sign is taken. I would advice to refer a doctor who doesn't play with patients money and feelings just for sake of profit. Staff is very rude & unprofessional.. Seems they are kept only for collection of funds..if u dont believe kindly give it a try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be option for 0 zero they deserve worst.... I been there with my wife completely rude, arrogant staff over here... Chief doctor Dr. is never available... These is first pregnancy of my wife and the staff treated her like as dummy, they dint even provide sufficient information what to eat, timings etc. worst experience ever in my life.. Dr Lalwani have to be more attentive towards the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc has good knowledge & experience.but but BEWARE they are taking undue advantage & loots the patient. They take patient's relatives signature on the specific amount on a document before admitting the patient and match that amount at time of discharge if IPD on your final bill. Staff very rude and sits just for sake of fund collection and denied giving final bill breakup after many requests. finalIy when i managed to get it i was shocked with the way they added the medicine just to match the figure on which sign is taken. The medicine entered in bills didn't match with the ones on treatment file. When I caught their wrong practice Mrs. Sunita Lalwani threatened me for the things that i even didnt do. as she knew that i had busted them. Doc Sanjay Lawani offered me 25% discount to close the issue. I would advice to refer a doctor who doesn't play with patients money and feelings just for sake of profit. If you don't believe you yourselves can give it a try...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be zero star option as well. I believe some doctors are just doing business only rather treating patients. I went to hospital for my 9 months' baby as he had a fever and rashes on his body, the assistant doctor even didn't check his body by stethoscope and also not checked his abdomen, only checked by thermometer which was showing 100 degree temperature. So I don't understand on what basis they give the medicines to him and charging Rs. 300 for this foolish act. And I believe weight also should be checked in case of baby. If assistant doctors are not confident what needs to be done in the absence of senior doctors then they should not give any treatment and senior doctor should also consider this fact that we come to you for better treatment, so it's your responsibility to give a fair treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. They don't deserve 1 star also.. The staff is very rude and arrogant and Dr. Sunita lalwani also..in mistakes Dr and staff is too much co-operative..though they should be in their work... They don't understand patients...they want only money... the charges is too high.. They keep follow up for tests and sonography etc. (for money) for 10 times but for any problems they dont... In reception too there is no co-ordination at all..though their reception is not soo big..and still Dr support for their mistakes....so unprofessional....
If you really care for you then plz don't go for this hospital....
Veryy veryyyyy bad experience.... If there is option of 0 star... I would have given that....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no negative star system otherwise I would have given so, They don't deserve 1 star too. OPD treatment is ok but trust me DO NOT GO FOR IPD Treatments at their hospital. Please don't admit your small kids here, the Doctors both Husband & Wife (Mr & Mrs. Lalwani) will make sure that your kid does not get well soon unless / until their pockets gets filled.
Very weird policy of signing a agreement of amount 10,000/- even before treatment and then odd ways to ensure the bill reaches 10,000 mark. Fortunately while doing so, I caught them red handed. The bill which they gave me had medicines which were not prescribed by the Lady Doc. Mrs Lalwani. After inquiring with the lady doc she asked me to wait outside the cabin for few minutes. Then she called a nurse who on pretext of checking bill went into other room and started making entry of the medicines written on the bill onto the prescription given earlier by the Lady doctor. And then the tone of all Nurses and Lady doc changed. But thanks to god i already had taken pic of the bill and prescription, which i showed her. Had i not taken pics earlier they never would have accepted the crime they did. I have saved the proofs even today on my email in case they deny this act of theirs in future. The Lady Doc's husband later on apologized but the lady doctor was rude and threatened me that she would call police i do not leave the hospital premises along with my baby and wife. The worst part was that all patients observing this were pin drop silent and nobody came forward to support me even though i had all the required proofs of their criminal act

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have our daughter, our first child delivered here. She contracted meningitis due to wrong or expired vaccine or uncleanliness while doing C-section delivery of my daughter. Please avoid this hospital though doctor's reputation might be good, do consultation only, let your baby come to this world in a good clean hospital. PLEASE AVOID THIS MATERNITY HOME.
