★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a great variety of food choices available.They also have quite a good range of brands in foods and drinks which one wouldn't be able to source out from a local store nearby. Imported beverages and chocolates are also available.
They also provide food dehydration and packing which is useful to carry food especially on long tours and international trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited a friend's place today and had the worst retail customer service experience. To begin with the staff is uneducated and untrained staff who don't know how to talk and behave with customers. I wonder how they even have a rating of 4. The shop is totally mismanaged and their delivery is never on time even after following up for 3 times. The cheap quality of staff thinks that they are doing a favour by delivering. Rather order from some reputed online portal that delivers better quality products instead of wasting time talking to rude staff out there who don't even understand what you're saying and have no knowledge about their own products.
Will be reviewing some more stores in Kandivali and its surrounding suburbs to actually find one such store that actually cares for its customers, such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable.
I would encourage people to write about such unpleasant experiences so that we as customers are treated the way a customer should be treated because at the end of the day it's our money and places like Siddhi don't deserve our business.

PS - The order is not delivered even after 2 hours.
