★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Place to stay for bachelor boys..but *bedbugs* are the biggest problem in there..If you want to stay there just tell them to do pest control first...
And if you want to leave the hostel just inform them before 10 days at least... Other wise they will not give your deposit back..I staywd around an year...I had to leave urgently but since I haven't told them before a week they didn't gave my deposit....Read the terms and conditions behind the form...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg don't ever go there. Please see the other bad reviews all are regarding bed bugs, rude staff behaviour and cleanliness. Many reviews cant be wrong. And he is using paid good reviews don't fall in their trap. mainly that manager Sachin is a big fraud and madarchod. He just talks nicely when you are joint then he will just show true colors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good for stay.... But security wise you have to be on your own for your belongings. They provide cupboard with lock in which you can settle all your thing... Never keep your thing open or lose if you go outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness is good and beds are comfortable. TV is available in every room. Wifi, washing machine is there and paid dinner facility is available. Also it is near to many MNCs like Capgemini, Syntel and Fujitsu. Also many restaurants are there in near by location. CCTV camera is there from security point of view. Each room has 2 beds and 2 washrooms are available for 6 people which is good enough. 2 wheeler parking facility is also available. In washrooms hot water facility is available but only in morning hours from 7 a.m to 10 a.m. Only one small almirah will be provided for 1 person. Daily cleaning facility of washrooms is there. Also, the bedsheet will be changed by the management on weekly basis. There are 3 building's of Siddhi homes in this area and Siddhi home base-1 is the best among all the three. It has total capacity of 120 people and generally it remains full. It remains open for 24 hours. Cooking is not allowed in the building and it is only for males.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a executive boys pg, located at talawade - nigadi road, near talawade chowk. There is a multiaxial bus repair and Ac services of bus workshop, Parking avilable for two wheeler, around siddhi homebase there are many other PG available at talawade, this pg is closed to road, only boys.
