Worst journey of my life especially when the family is also travelling. Departure time was 10:30 PM but we departed around 12:00 AM. Bus quality was pathetic. Poor and dirty seats, no window glass, very old bus without any suspensions and many more bad things to list down. When we reached CTM at 1 AM, another operator started filling the empty area between seats with labour class people. We resisted so much so that he has to listen to us amd in the end he agreed not to place additional passengers in the passage. Passenegrr and operater had very heated argument. The cleaner boy who was son of driver was behaving inappropriately with fellow ladies passenger for which one of the passenger had to litterlly sought at him and driver. Not at all professional behaviour by the staff. The person who was checking the seat and tickets was drunk. There was no coordination between operators. The worst part is tire burst down in between the joirney and unfortunately same which was underneath of us. Thanks to god we were safe. Funny part is when we heard the sournd of tire busting, we had to tell driver to stop the bus. How can he dont feel the tyre bursting. What he said was even funny. He said - I was not expecting this specific tyre to burst but the other. And somehow we managed to reached indore around 10 AM which was 3 hours late compare to schedule arrival time in a bus which ultimately managed to complete the journey. Bus condition like it was standing in third class factory since last 1 year. Never ever book this bus. The reason I spent my 10 mins cause I dont want to have anyone else suffering from this especially when you ae with family and paying 1500 per person for Non AC sleeper for Ahmedbabad to Indore. Message to bus operator - bandh kardo apni company and Bhikh mangna shuru kardo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveler have good connectivity in terms of facility to travel to various cities. Waiting area is too small. The main office is next to bhagyoday hotel . To board the bus they will provide pickup facility via auto free of cost
