The builder is giving very good amenities within the flat. Very happy to hear that he has planned a small Jain Temple within the premises. He is not marketing this fact though which is very appreciable. All in all very good project.

Location seems to be perfect since there are lots of developments in infrastructure like fly over ! Metro Station and rail way station walking distance. Great school connectivity. Retail, bank near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff. Once showing a flat, sales girl was just just busy in her phone and when asked questions, she knew nothing. Even left us abandoned for 15 minutes on the site. When enquire about price, they are very adamant and non-negotiating. They'll not pick their phone neither the have courtesy to call back. Before sales such attitude, what they will do after selling. Also they call themselves premium project, some flat already show leakage and paint peeling. Don't go by show flat. They also do not update RERA data where most work still shows not started or 20-30% completed. Also despite claiming June 21 delivery, does not look they'll be able to deliver before June 22 as only 15 full floors are put-up, 6 more to go.
