Also the builder has developed other bunglow schemes around this and each scheme is unique for it size, design and aesthetics. In few years from now this area will develop like Bopal since prices are low and in entire ahmedabad if you looking for bunglows at affordable rate below 1 crore this is the only area which is nearby prahladnagar
and pollution free within budget. Worth investing here after as this area has potential to give great returns on investment in 3 to 5 years. Ahmedabad being into earthquake zone also makes investing in bunglows safe and worth the holding for returns as you get land along with bunglows..
