★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder had explained us properly the procedure from start till end.And has always helped whenever there were issues or any problems.The ceiling heights,the room sizes are very spacious.we recommend to purchase flats in the future in this project. I have purchased flat in this building and no issue with anything. Builder is helpful in every aspect to ressolve the issues if any. You can purchase the flat by closing your eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What ever Mr. Tajane is told is complete right. Builder is applying hidden charges on flat owners. He took around Rs 6000 /- per month as a maintenance charges from flat owners which is highest in any building of Ulwe but no proper maintenance carried out by builder.
Now recently he is demanding money from flat owners for making of flooring. While this is in builder scope to make the flooring. Don't prefer to bye the flat in this building otherwise your be in financial trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes agreed. Builder has taken huge maintenance amount on account of development but still he has not provided the single amenities in the building. We are planning to put same under RERA as he is demanding more money for making of flooring which has to be make by himself as he has taken the huge amount while purchasing the flat. He has not completed garden, flooring , gym in the building. Don't recommend to purchase flat from this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Many hidden Charges are applying by builder on time to time basis on customers. After 9 months of possession Gym , garden and other amenities in building are not ready . Builder is taking higher charges by showing on account of maintenance and building maintenance is very poor. I dont recommend to purchase the in this group which cause the future trouble.
Even though if you want to purchase the flat please contact the buyers who has already purchased the flat in this group for information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I am one of the flat owners. Like each project there will be + & - . The highlight of the project are spacious interiors, good quality of construction. One of the biggest room sizes in entire area. The developers have been very transparent and open in their dealings.
Now also they called a owners meeting and gave the update of situation, maintenance charges, etc.
Facilities are coming up will be there shortly.
One of the best projects to own a home. Suggest more good people to buy in the project
